Products & pricing. We aim to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where stated. We may correct errors and update prices at any time.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm/dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping & returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

Intended use. LOFTE is a wellness and relaxation aid, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional if you have a neck/spine concern or persistent pain.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
